Temporary installation for Architekturwoche Basel at Basel's Reservoir.

The movement of earth sets the rhythm of the movement of humans, non-human species and matter. Evolving constantly with this rotation, deserts turn into rivers and mountains dissolve to meet the sea. Among these movements are humans that bring contamination and decay due to the chemical spill, and the odd-land in the basin emerges. Rain pours into the basin as a stroke of hope. Life continues relearning processes of healing the toxicity of the spill as ruderal species take over and facilitate growth to transform the odd-land into new formations of interactions between human, non-human species and matter.
